Kesätyöhaku on auki / Apply for a Summer job!

Tervarit Juniorit on noin 500 pelaajan jalkapalloseura, jossa työskentelee kuusi henkilöä jalkapallopuolella ja neljä henkilöä työllisyyshankkeessa. Seura panostaa vahvasti kehittymiseen niin kentällä kuin kentän ulkopuolellakin. Työntekijät kouluttautuvat aktiivisesti ja toivomme löytävämme kesätyöhön myös oppivia tekijöitä, jotka haluavat kehittyä urheiluseuratyössä sekä lasten valmentamisessa.

Haemme kesätöihin erityisesti jalkapallotaustaisia nuoria, joilla on halu kehittyä jalkapalloon liittyvissä työtehtävissä. Tänä vuonna kesätyöpaikkoja on noin 15 nuorelle ja työtehtävät määritellään valittujen nuorten vahvuuksien mukaisesti. Työtehtävät sisältävät valmennusta, ohjausta, tuomarointia, tapahtumajärjestämistä, myyntityötä sekä avustavia tehtäviä.

Kesätyön saamisen edellytyksenä on kesätyöseteli, jonka myöntäjänä on esimerkiksi Oulun kaupunki tai Pohjolan Osuuspankki.

Kesätyössä saat arvokasta työkokemusta, pääset oppimaan uutta, kehittämään sosiaalisia taitojasi ja toimimaan lasten ja nuorten kanssa sekä saat ohjausta työssä onnistumiseksi. Jokaisella kesätyöntekijällä on seuran henkilöstöstä oma yhteyshenkilönsä, jonka kanssa työn tekeminen on helpompaa.

Odotamme hakijoilta:

• hyvää suomen tai englannin kielen taitoa
• hyvää asennetta
• halua kehittyä työpätkän aikana
• osallistumista tarjottaviin koulutuksiin
• tutustumista kesätyösetelin sääntöihin (esim. https://www.ouka.fi/kesatyo tai https://www.op.fi/web/pohjolan-op/palkkaseteli)

Eduksi katsotaan:

• jalkapallotausta
• mahdollisuus aloittaa työt jo toukokuussa
• kyky heittäytyä peliin valmentajana tai ohjaajana
• halu jatkaa työssä myös kesän jälkeen

Kesätyötä tehdään 60 tuntia kesän aikana. Kesätyöpalkka on vähintään 480 €.

Täytä hakulomake viimeistään ma 10.3.2024 klo 16 mennessä. Haastattelut käynnistyvät jo hakuprosessin aikana ja paikat täytetään sopivien henkilöiden löydyttyä.

Tervarit Juniorit is a football club in Oulu with 500 players and with nine staff members in football activities and with four staff members in the Motio employment project. Our football club emphasizes continuous improvement both in the football field and outside of it. Our employees participate actively in trainings and we hope we find new summer employees who want to learn and develop their competence in sports club activities and in coaching junior football.

We are looking for summer employees especially with a football background who want to develop their competence in the football club. We are hiring approx. 15 young persons and the specific work tasks are defined according to persons strengths and capabilities. Work duties include coaching, guidance, judging football games, organizing events, sales and other assisting tasks.

In order to get the work contract, you need a summer work voucher (“kesätyöseteli”) granted e.g. by City of Oulu or Pohjolan Osuuspankki.

As a summer employee, you will get valuable work experience, you are able to learn new skills, develop your social skills and work with junior football players. You will get support and guidance to succeed in your job. Each summer employee will get a named contact person in staff members who will guide the employee during the summer.

We expect from the candidates:

• good Finnish or English language skill
• good attitude
• eagerness to develop your competence
• participation in the provided trainings
• reading and understanding the conditions of summer work voucher (“kesätyöseteli”) (e.g. https://www.ouka.fi/kesatyo or https://www.op.fi/web/pohjolan-op/palkkaseteli)

Considered as advantage:

• background in football
• ability to start your employment in May
• ability to throw oneself into the game as a coach or football referee
• interest to continue contract after the summer

Employment contract includes 60 hours during the summer time. The salary is at least 480 €.
